i was happy with hotel's incredible location close to the center of town. location: the venue was very close to the main square of oaxaca, the cathedral, and the zocalo plaza. had nice dainties at muss cafe, located next to the hotel.

The front desk worker with glasses, who was there during my visit, was extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. During my recent Christmas stay in a hotel in Oaxaca, I was very happy with the hotel's location. It was very close to the city center and I had easy access to all the tourist attractions in the area. , the staff was very friendly and always helped me with my queries and needs. the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

There were a few negative aspects of the hotel. the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor and I faced a lot of issues while browsing and checking my emails.
